The Laboratory area is where we run and package all of our patient's blood samples.
In our lab area we have machines that gives us the ability to run samples in house for the critical patient or pre-surgical cases. We can evaluate major organ function, electrolytes, cell count, infection, anemia, and blood clotting disorders.
In our laboratory we can also evaluate your pets urine to help determine if they have a urinary infection, crystals, or kidney issues.
We also have an area in the pharmacy area that is used for laboratory as well. Here is where we set up and read fecals (parasite testing), skin scrapes, ear cytology, and urinalysis.
